See you 8/23/14!

We are changing the swimming this year because of high demand and we value your opinion. We will be doing eight laps the same direction in each lane and then getting out of the pool, getting a wrist band and doing 8 laps again. This will help with the challenge of opposite traffic flow.

Dayton's Legs

Check out this incredible and touching video. Just wonderful!

Out of love, a 13-year-old boy in Arizona pushed himself to the limit so that his friend, who has cerebral palsy, could participate with him in a triathlon.

Who We Are

Kristen .. Anna

We're good friends who founded Frustrated that there were no all-women's triathlons in New Mexico, we decided to organize one. We love all-women's triathlons because of the bond we feel competing alongside other women. Our names are Kristen and Anna. We love being active and eating frozen yogurt. We work together with the young women of our church. Our young women would probably tell you we are mediocre dancers, but we know we're pretty darn good! I (Anna) have two rambunctious kids. Kristen has two adorable little dogs. We actually went to the same college but didn't know until we both moved to NM. Kristen's strongest triathlon sport is running and mine is biking(because I really hate running). We are really excited about our triathlon and hope you pass this site on to your friends, sisters, mothers, and daughters. Please email us with any questions. We are really excited to meet you!

Tuesday, January 4, 2011 triathlon

We are so excited for the 1st Annual triathlon! The first ALL-WOMEN'S TRIATHLON in New Mexico. August 27th, 2011. 3 mile run, 10 mile bike, 400 meter swim.

The mission of live. love. tri. is to help empower women by building their self-esteem and helping woman of all ages to recognize their tremendous individual worth. When we help a woman, they help their family, community, and shape a bright future for their children.

We believe by allowing an event where women can be supported by other women and have the opportunity to accomplish a physical fitness goal, that it will allow them to recognize and feel of the power that they possess.

We are appreciative of our sponsors and will be spotlighting them throughout the registration process and at the event! We could not do it without them.

Please check back often for information, tips and get-togethers!
